| 水泥厂化验室在水泥生产中对质量检测、质量控制以及指导生产起着至关重要的作用，随着自动化和智能化的发展，自动化实验室在现代化水泥厂中已经得到了广泛应用,该套系统在使用中极大地提高了工作效率，减少了人力成本，是水泥厂智能化发展的典型代表。本文主要以Flsmidth的自动取样系统以及Thermo Fisher的荧光分析仪所组成的自动化实验室为研究对象，结合作者现场调试经验总结，介绍该套自动化实验室的机电安装及调试要点。 |

| Cement factory laboratory plays a vital role in quality detection, quality control and production guidance in cement production. With the development of automation and intelligence, automated laboratory has been widely used in modern cement plants. The system greatly improves the work efficiency and reduces the labor cost , and is a typical representative of the intelligent development of cement plants.
