本文就不同改造需求下,水泥窑尾P-SCR联合脱硝技术改造的必要性,介绍了不同水泥窑尾P-SCR联合脱硝技术方案的各自特点以及改造时对现有系统窑况的影响进行了简要论述,并已实施的P-SCR联合脱硝技术系统进行实际应用对比分析。采用水泥窑尾P-SCR联合脱硝技术方案后总脱硝效率不低于常规SCR脱硝技术催化剂3+1层布置的脱硝效率,能确保最终排放尾烟中NOx排放浓度<50mg/Nm3(@10%O2)时,NH3排放浓度<5mg/Nm3时,20%浓度氨水喷量<3kg/t.cl。 |

This paper, in the context of different transformation requirements, elaborates on the necessity of the P-SCR combined denitrification technology transformation at the cement kiln. It presents the individual characteristics of different P-SCR combined denitrification technology schemes for the cement kiln and briefly discusses the influence on the existing system kiln conditions during the transformation. Additionally, a comparative analysis of the practical application of the implemented P-SCR combined denitrification technology system is carried out. After adopting the P-SCR combined denitrification technology scheme for the cement kiln, the total denitrification efficiency is no lower than that of the conventional SCR denitrification technology with a 3+1 layer arrangement of catalysts. It can ensure that when the NOx emission concentration in the final exhaust smoke is less than 50mg/Nm3 (@10%O2) and the NH3 emission concentration is less than 5mg/Nm3, the injection volume of 20% concentration ammonia water is less than 3kg/t.cl. |
