      回首过往的十年,是中国水泥工程历史上最腾飞发展的十年,水泥生产线产能由2500tpd逐步提升至12000tpd;水泥熟料热耗由120kgce/t降低至94kgce/t以下;水泥综合电耗由100kWh/t降低至60kWh/t以下;水泥生产线单线人员配置由300人降低至80人以下。随着水泥行业的蓬勃发展,水泥技术及装备日益进步,与传统锂盐制备行业形成了鲜明对比,无论是从生产线产能、占地及投资,还是运转率、能耗等指标上,水泥技术及装备均存在明显优势,故锂盐制备行业通过对水泥技术及装备的技术移植,可大幅度提升其生产运营指标。

      Looking back at the past decade, it has been the most prosperous and progressive period in the history of China''s cement engineering. The production capacity of production lines has gradually increased from 2500tpd to 12000tpd. The clinker heat consumption has decreased from 120kgce/t to below 94kgce/t. The comprehensive electricity consumption of cement has reduced from 100kWh/t to below 60kWh/t. The personnel configuration in cement plants has decreased from 300 people to below 80 people per production line.With the booming development of the cement industry, cement technology and equipment have made significant progress, contrasting with the traditional lithium salt preparation industry. Whether it is in terms of production capacity, land and investment or operation rate and energy consumption, cement technology and equipment have clear advantages. Therefore, by transferring technology from cement, the lithium salt preparation industry can greatly improve its operational indicators.
