      本文基于正交试验设计,对配制的快硬型3D打印混凝土进行了优化研究。试验以高贝利特水泥、葡萄糖酸钠、柠檬酸钠、促凝剂为变量,开展四因素三水平正交实验。研究结果表明,高贝利特水泥掺量是影响快硬型3D打印混凝土的流动性及凝结时间的最大因素;分析得到,凝结时间最优配合比为A3B1C2D1,即复掺20%A高贝利特水泥、0.4‰B缓凝剂、0.2‰C缓凝剂、1.6‰D促凝剂的方案,为3D打印混凝土配合比优化研究提供参考。
英文摘要:
      This article is based on orthogonal experimental design to optimize the preparation of fast hardening 3D printed concrete. The experiment conducted a four factor three-level orthogonal experiment with high belite cement, sodium gluconate, sodium citrate, and coagulant as variables. The research results indicate that the dosage of high belite cement is the biggest factor affecting the flowability and setting time of fast hardening 3D printed concrete; Analysis shows that the optimal mix ratio for setting time is A3B1C2D1, which involves the addition of 20% A high belite cement, 0.4 ‰ B retarder, 0.2 ‰ C retarder, and 1.6 ‰ D coagulant accelerator. This provides a reference for optimizing the mix ratio of 3D printed concrete.
