      传统的水泥混合粉磨工艺难以实现对水泥体系各胶凝材料粒度分布的精准把控,导致水泥颗粒群出现细粉不足和级配不合理等弊端。本文依托于紧密堆积曲线和分别粉磨工艺,针对A水泥企业区域性辅助胶凝材料的特性,提出一套水泥理想粒度分布模型,通过调控熟料、石膏和炉渣混合物的粉磨细度来探究其对水泥性能的影响和水泥粉磨阶段节能减排的潜力。结果表明:通过调控多组分粒度分布能够实现同配比下的水泥性能激发,还能从多角度促进水泥粉磨节能减排。当熟料粒度放粗时,不仅能提高粉磨效率、降低能耗,还能合理减少水泥需水量,进而提高水泥混凝土的质量。当熟料磨细时,大幅的性能提升能为熟料使用系数降低提供操作空间。总而言之,基于分别粉磨工艺下的水泥粒度分布模型能为水泥粉磨行业实现绿色转型提供有力支撑。
英文摘要:
      Traditional cement grinding processes struggle to achieve precise control over the particle size distribution of various cementitious materials within the cement system, leading to drawbacks such as insufficient fine particles and unreasonable gradation. This paper, based on the dense packing curve and separate grinding technology, proposes an ideal particle size distribution model for cement, tailored to the characteristics of regional supplementary cementitious materials in Company A"s cement enterprise. By regulating the grinding fineness of clinker, gypsum, and slag mixtures, this study investigates their impact on cement performance and the potential for energy saving and emission reduction during the cement grinding stage. The results indicate that controlling the particle size distribution of multiple components can not only stimulate cement performance under the same mix ratio but also promote energy saving and emission reduction in cement grinding from multiple perspectives. When the particle size of clinker is coarsened, it not only improves grinding efficiency and reduces energy consumption but also reasonably decreases the water demand of cement, thereby enhancing the quality of cement concrete. When clinker is ground finer, the significant performance improvement provides operational space for reducing the clinker usage factor. In summary, the cement particle size distribution model based on separate grinding technology can provide strong support for the green transformation of the cement grinding industry.
