| The water pump room of a cement plant is far away from the water storage tank, requiring manual measurement of the liquid level height and control of the start and stop of the water pump, which is time-consuming and laborious. A unmanned solution based on S7-200 SMART and IoT module was designed to achieve remote automatic control of the inlet pump, saving manpower and improving production efficiency. |
