随着物联网(IoT)、云计算、大数据分析及网络通信技术的飞速发展,水泥行业正逐步向智能化、数字化方向转型。本论文基于物联网技术,设计并实现应用了一种针对水泥窑炉的远程测温智能监控系统。该系统通过传感器采集水泥窑炉的温度数据,并通过LoRa无线通信技术将数据传输到云平台进行处理和分析。通过对实时温度数据的监测和分析,可以及时发现水泥窑炉运行异常情况,并根据实际情况调整生产参数,提高生产效率和产品质量。应用结果表明,该系统具有良好的稳定性和可靠性,能够满足水泥窑炉远程测温智能监控的需求。 |

With the rapid development of the Internet of Things (IoT), cloud computing, big data analysis, and network communication technologies, the cement industry is gradually transforming towards intelligence and digitization. This paper designs and implements a remote temperature measurement intelligent monitoring system for cement kilns based on Internet of Things technology. The system collects temperature data of cement kilns through sensors and transmits the data to a cloud platform for processing and analysis through LoRa wireless communication technology. By monitoring and analyzing real-time temperature data, abnormal operation of cement kilns can be detected in a timely manner, and production parameters can be adjusted according to actual conditions to improve production efficiency and product quality. The application results show that the system has good stability and reliability, and can meet the needs of remote temperature measurement and intelligent monitoring of cement kilns. |
