      煤系伴生高岭岩是煤矿的伴生矿,其中高品质的高岭岩SiO2/Al2O3物质的量比接近理论值2.0,经过煅烧后,可以用来生产莫来石精铸砂。本项目介绍了20万t/a煤系伴生高岭岩煅烧莫来石的工艺及实践,其技术装备先进,采用了预热器、篦冷机等先进技术及装备,煅烧后的产品性能及质量稳定、能耗低,目前已成为国内乃至亚洲规模最大、技术装备最先进的莫来石生产线。
英文摘要:
      Coal bearing associated kaolinite is a coal mine associated mineral, in which the high-quality kaolinite SiO2/Al2O3 material ratio is close to the theoretical value of 2.0. After calcination, it can be used to produce mullite precision casting sand. This project introduces the process and practice of calcining mullite from 200 000 t/a coal bearing associated kaolinite. The technology and equipment are advanced, using preheaters, grate coolers and other advanced technologies and equipment. The calcined products have stable performance and quality, low energy consumption, and have become the largest and most technologically advanced mullite production line in China and even Asia.
