SCR脱硝反应器的高效运行依赖于催化剂表面流场的均匀性,但由于水泥窑SCR反应器特有的结构形式,在不采取优化措施的情况下,必然出现催化剂表面流场不均的问题。采用数值模拟对水泥窑SCR反应器内流场开展了计算,研究入口弯管形式和导流板对阻力和流场均匀性的影响。结果表明:设置弯管导流板可改善弯管出口的偏流问题,变截面弯管的阻力比等截面弯管小;渐扩段设置导流板后,催化剂表面速度均匀性得到显著改善,设置双层导流板时,催化剂表面速度均匀性可以达到规范要求;随着导流板间距的增大,阻力呈先降低后平稳的变化趋势,速度均匀性无明显的变化规律;随着导流板V型夹角的增大,阻力逐步上升,速度相对标准偏差随夹角的增大呈先下降后上升的变化趋势。 |

High efficient denitration of SCR reactor relies on homogeneous flow field distribution of the catalyst surface. However, without implementing optimization measures, the unique structure of the SCR reactor in cement industry inevitably leads to an uneven flow field at the catalyst surface. The flow field in the SCR reactor of a cement factory was computed through numerical simulation, and a detailed investigation was conducted on the impact of different bend pipe configurations and guide plate settings on pressure drop and flow uniformity. The findings demonstrate that the bias flow at the outlet of the bend pipe can be improved by setting a turning vanes in the bend pipe. Moreover, the resistance of the variable cross-section bend is smaller than that of the constant cross-section bend. The uniformity of catalyst surface velocity is improved significantly after the guide plates are set in the gradual expansion section. By incorporating double layer guide plates into the gradual expansion section, the uniformity of catalyst surface velocity can meet the technical specification. With the increase of the distance between guide plates, the pressure drop decreases at first and then shows no obvious change, and the velocity uniformity has no obvious change. As V-shaped angle of guide plate increases, the pressure drop gradually increases, and the relative standard deviation of the flow velocity decreases first and then increases. |
