In order to improve the effect of cement solidification on soft soil, alkali excitation is considered. Calcium carbide slag, sodium silicate, gypsum, undisturbed ash, and calcium chloride are selected as auxiliary solidification agents. Unconfined compressive strength tests, X-ray diffraction, and electron microscopy scanning tests are used to study the synergistic solidification effect between five auxiliary solidification agents and silicate saline mud. The optimal ratio of five auxiliary curing agents to cement was determined through orthogonal experiments. The results of the 7 d and 14 d curing periods indicate that in the early stage of solidification, the amount of calcium carbide slag added has the most prominent effect on strength, and the effect gradually weakens as the aging period advances. The 28 d age results indicate that the change level of calcium chloride addition ratio is the main factor affecting the unconfined compressive strength of solidified sludge samples at 28 d age. |
