| This article introduces a method for optimizing the working efficiency of crushers. Specifically, we have installed cameras above the limestone discharge pit to monitor the particle size of the limestone. When oversized stones enter the unloading pit, we can notify the downstream plate feeder by early warning, so that it can adjust the speed and make prediction in advance, so as to avoid problems such as jamming of the crusher due to oversized stones and improve its working efficiency. This method can effectively reduce downtime and maintenance costs in the production process, improve production efficiency and product quality. |
