      套筒窑作为冶金、电石、建材等行业生产碳酸盐的一种装置,在燃料的燃烧及原料的分解过程中产生大量的CO₂,其排放的烟气中含有较高浓度的CO₂,约占25%~40%,具有较高的碳捕集价值。本文重点从套筒窑的结构特点介绍其在CO₂捕集上的技术优势,并探讨套筒窑CCUS技术的应用。
英文摘要:
      As a device for the production of carbonate in metallurgy, calcium carbide, building materials and other industries, the sleeve kiln produces a large amount of CO₂ in the combustion of fuel and the decomposition of raw materials, and the emission of flue gas contains a high concentration of CO₂, accounting for about 25% to 40%, and has a high carbon capture value. This paper mainly introduces the technical advantage of sleeve kiln in CO₂ capture from its structural characteristics, and discusses the application of CCUS technology in sleeve kiln.
