钙循环法碳捕集是水泥工业碳捕集方法中最具潜力的方法之一,钙循环法碳捕集中的主要原理是钙基吸收剂的循环吸收煅烧,涉及到的主要装置是循环流化床。循环流化床一次性投资较大,且运行的过程中直接观察其内部气流情况较为困难,为水泥工业钙循环法碳捕集主要装置的设计开发带来了很大的困难。本文针对某水泥厂的烟气参数设计了一种钙循环碳酸化炉用循环流化床反应器,并采取CFD软件进行计算模拟,结果显示当吸收剂喂料量为30 kg/s时,可达最佳吸收效果,吸收率>95%,满足碳捕集需求。 |

Calcium cycling method for carbon capture is one of the most promising methods in the cement industry. The main principle of calcium cycling method for carbon capture is the cyclic absorption and calcination of calcium based absorbers, involving a circulating fluidized bed as the main device. The one-time investment of circulating fluidized bed is relatively large, and it is difficult to directly observe the internal airflow situation during operation, which brings great difficulties to the design and development of the main device for calcium circulation carbon capture in the cement industry. This article designs a circulating fluidized bed reactor for a calcium circulating carbonation furnace based on the flue gas parameters of a certain cement plant, and uses CFD software for calculation and simulation. The results show that the optimal absorption effect can be achieved when the feeding amount of the absorbent is 30 kg/s, with an absorption rate greater than 95%, meeting the carbon capture requirements. |
