      本文主要从熟料的矿物组成、水泥细度、碱含量、石膏种类、混合材种类及掺量等方面研究了P·O42.5水泥与聚羧酸减水剂适应性的影响因素。结合实际生产数据,深入分析其影响机理,并将所得研究成果用于指导实际生产,将相关生产参数控制在合理的范围内,生产出了与聚羧酸减水剂适应性良好、各项性能优异的P·O42.5水泥。
英文摘要:
      This article mainly studies the influencing factors of the adaptability between P·O42.5 cement and polycarboxylate superplasticizer from the aspects of mineral composition of clinker, cement fineness, alkali content, gypsum type, mixed material type and dosage. Based on actual production data, an in-depth analysis of its impact mechanism was conducted, and the obtained research results were used to guide actual production. Relevant production parameters were controlled within a reasonable range, resulting in the production of P ·O42.5 cement with good adaptability to polycarboxylate water reducing agents and excellent performance in various aspects.
