      水泥生产中,生料的稳定给料和准确计量对系统生产效率和熟料质量至关重要,本文在研究生料计量系统工艺和装备的基础上,介绍了由低空间稳流给料装置、科氏力计量秤和控制系统构成的生料计量系统,系统安装空间灵活、给料稳定、计量精准,对提高水泥质量和生产效率有较大促进作用。
英文摘要:
      In cement production, the stable feeding and accurate measurement of raw materials are crucial for the production efficiency and clinker quality of the system. Based on the study of the process and equipment of the raw material measurement system, this article introduces a raw material measurement system composed of a low space stable flow feeding device, a Coriolis force measurement scale, and a control system. The system has flexible installation space, stable feeding, and accurate measurement, which has a significant promoting effect on improving cement quality and production efficiency.
