      随着环境问题的日益显著及国家相应政策的扶持,为了增加赤泥的使用以达到绿色环保、节约水泥的目的。本项目用联合法赤泥代替部分水泥制备塑性混凝土,从流动性、混凝土干燥收缩、抗压抗折强度、抗氯离子渗透性等多个方面研究赤泥塑性混凝土的性能及经济效益,认为当赤泥代替率在10%~30%时各性能较好。赤泥的无害化利用进展难,其在塑性混凝土领域中的应用研究很必要。联合法赤泥代替水泥制备塑型混凝土进一步实现赤泥资源化利用,分析试验数据确定最佳配合比,以制备性能更佳的混凝土材料,可用于国内的水库、水坝防渗等工程。
英文摘要:
      With the increasingly significant environmental problems and the support of corresponding national policies, in order to increase the use of red mud to achieve the purpose of green environmental protection and saving cement. In this project, the composite red mud was used to replace part of the cement to prepare plastic concrete. The performance and economic benefits of red mud plastic concrete were studied from the aspects of fluidity, dry shrinkage of concrete, compressive and flexural strength and chloride ion permeability resistance, etc. It was considered that the performance of red mud plastic concrete was better when the replacement rate of red mud was 10%~30%. It is difficult to make harmless use of red mud, so it is necessary to study its application in plastic concrete field. The combination of French red mud instead of cement to prepare plastic concrete to further realize the resource utilization of red mud. The team analyzed the test data to determine the best mix ratio to prepare concrete materials with better performance, which can be used in domestic reservoirs, DAMS and other seepage prevention projects.
