      为推进企业的数字化转型,建设智能化水泥工厂,陕西某4 500 t/d水泥生产线采用智能优化控制系统替代了传统的人工控制,实现了熟料烧成、原料粉磨、水泥磨、矿渣磨及煤磨五个子系统的智能优化控制。智能优化控制子系统对工况的适应性较好,投运率均高于95%。与人工控制相比,采用智能优化控制系统后,单位熟料烧成热耗降低了0.79 kg/t,节煤0.82%;运行电耗降低了1.77%~4.24%,运行产量提高了1.21%~3.96%,生产运行成本得到明显降低。
英文摘要:
      In order to promote the digital transformation of cement factory, one 4 500 t/d cement production line in Shanxi Province adopted an intelligent optimization control system instead of traditional manual control. The optimization control system includes five subsystems: clinker burning, raw material grinding, cement grinding, slag grinding, and coal grinding, which has good adaptability to different working conditions. Operating rate of the optimization control system exceeds 95%. Compared with manual control, heat consumption of clinker burning is reduced by 0.79 kg/t, 0.82% coal is saved under intelligent control conditions, and the operating power consumption is decreased by 1.77%~4.24%, output is also increased by 1.21%~3.96%.
