      通过数值模拟的方法研究了烟气再循环对石灰回转窑内温度、组分、NOx分布以及壁面传热等燃烧特性的影响。结果表明:循环烟气的加入可以减轻火焰偏斜的问题,并降低窑内中心线温度峰值102.5 K,降低平均温度峰值39.9 K;气体流速的增加强化了对二次风的卷吸作用,加快CH4分解生成CO;在温度、O2及CO三者的影响下,NOx生成量降低至615 mg/m3,脱硝效率达到71.5%。

      The impacts of flue gas recirculation on combustion characteristics such as temperature, composition, NOx distribution, and wall heat transfer in lime rotary kiln were studied by numerical simulation method. The results show that the addition of recirculated flue gas alleviated the degree of flame tilt, decreased the centerline peak temperature in the kiln by 102.5 K, and the peak average temperature by 39.9 K. The faster speed of the oxidizer strengthened the entrainment ability of the secondary flow and accelerated the decomposition of CH4 into CO. Under the influence of temperature, O2 and CO, the amount of NOx generated was reduced to 615 mg/m3, and the denitration efficiency reached 71.5%.
