      本文主要介绍了一种新型水泥窑用替代燃料均质化技术的工艺流程,用独有的创新改造有效的改善目前替代燃料使用过程中存在不同物料预处理不清晰、物料复杂、发热量及替代率低、窑况不稳定、生产处置效率低的问题,有利于助推水泥行业率先实现碳达峰碳中和前,节煤降低生产成本,减少碳排放,通过绿色、低碳、环保转型,为企业自身争取更多的效益及生存空间。
英文摘要:
      This article mainly introduces the process flow of a new type of homogenization technology for alternative fuels used in cement kilns. With unique innovative transformation, it effectively improves the problems of unclear pre-treatment of different materials, complex materials, low heat generation and substitution rate, unstable kiln conditions, and low production and disposal efficiency in the current use of alternative fuels. This is beneficial for promoting the cement industry to achieve carbon peak and carbon neutrality, save coal, reduce production costs, and reduce carbon emissions, Through green, low-carbon, and environmentally friendly transformation, strive for more benefits and survival space for the enterprise itself.
