      利用高固气比原理开发“五级+”串并联耦合重构换热技术并实现工程化的应用,降低预热器出口温度20~50℃,对提升预热器换热效率有显著的效果。用相对低的系统改造成本,使得原设计塔架载荷富余量不足等因素影响而不具备条件升级改造成六级的五级双系列悬浮预热器,有了进一步提高生料换热效率、降低废气温度的可能,从而实现节能降碳的目的。

      Developing a "five stage+" series-parallel coupling reconstruction heat transfer technology using the principle of high solid-gas ratio and achieving engineering application, reducing the outlet temperature of the preheater by 20~50 ℃, has a significant effect on improving the heat transfer efficiency of the preheater. The relatively low cost of system transformation makes it impossible to upgrade the original design tower to a six stage five stage dual series suspension preheater due to factors such as insufficient load margin, which further improves the efficiency of raw material heat exchange and reduces the temperature of exhaust gas, thus achieving the goal of energy conservation and carbon reduction.
