以工业固废制备水泥熟料、全固废无熟料胶凝材料以及固废基碱激发胶凝材料是当前水泥行业节能减排与碳达峰的主要研究方向,是我国绿色循环发展的大势所趋。本文从固废制备水泥熟料、固废制备全固废胶凝材料以及固废基碱激发胶凝材料3个方面介绍目前的研究进展,具体分析了其制备工艺、原材料的选择以及种类的情况,以期为固废利用和水泥行业的节能减排提供参考。 |

The preparation of cement clinker from industrial solid waste, all solid waste without clinker cementitious materials, and solid waste based alkali activated cementitious materials are the main research directions for energy conservation, emission reduction, and carbon peaking in the current cement industry, and are the general trend of green circular development in China. This article introduces the current research progress from three aspects: solid waste preparation of cement clinker, solid waste preparation of full solid waste cementitious materials, and solid waste based alkali activated cementitious materials. It specifically analyzes their preparation process, selection of raw materials, and types, in order to provide reference for the utilization of solid waste and energy conservation and emission reduction in the cement industry. |
