      针对智慧工厂的集成自动化和智能化、能源数据分析与管理、设备实时在线监控的需求,在已建成的DCS系统内,设计了一套非常适用的无线通信远程数据监测系统。该系统采用LoRa无线通信物联网技术,以LoRa无线模块和EIA-485总线构成网络物理层连接智能仪表和设备,Modbus-RTU为数据链路层和应用层通信协议,实现了DCS系统和智慧工厂与各种智能仪表设备的远程通信和数据传输。经过实际应用结果表明,该系统采集的数据准确性与无线通信距离都能满足设计需求,系统实际运行性能稳定,通信可靠,效果良好。
英文摘要:
      For the needs of integrated automation and intelligence, energy data analysis and management, and real-time online monitoring of equipment in a smart factory, a very applicable wireless communication remote data monitoring system is designed in the established DCS system. The system adopts LoRa wireless communication Internet of Things technology,with LoRa wireless module and EIA-485 bus forming the network physical layer to connect intelligent instruments and devices, Modbus-RTU as the data link layer and application layer communication protocol, realizing remote communication and data transmission of the DCS system and smart factory between various intelligent instruments and devices. The actual application results show that the accuracy of the data collected by the system and the wireless communication distance can meet the design requirements, the actual operation and performance of the system is stable, the communication is reliable, and the effect is good.
