The 2 500 t/d production line of Jiangxi Leping Wannian Qing Cement Co. , Ltd. has some problems, such as low separation efficiency and high heat consumption. In 2021, the company uses “High solid-gas ratio preheating decomposition technology” to implement energy-saving transformation.After the transformation, the coal consumption decreased from 110 kg/t to 106 kg/t, the decomposition rate of system separation efficiency is increased from 88.5% to 94%. At the same time, the clinker output of the production line increased 350 t/d. |
