      本文选取不同的水料比和粗骨料含量,制定了8种制备干混自密实混凝土的配比方案。根据不同方案制备的干混自密实混凝土拌合物的坍落扩展度、T500扩展时间,选取满足自密实混凝土工作性能的配比进行抗压强度、抗折强度、劈裂抗拉强度和钢筋握裹强度试验。试验结果表明,当水料比取1.3,粗骨料含量取30%和35%时,制备的干混自密实混凝土同时具备良好的工作性能和力学性能,可应用于结构加固。

      Eight mixing schemes for preparing Dry-mixed self-compacting concrete were developed by selecting different ratio of water and material and coarse aggregate content in this paper. According to the slump flow and T500 expansion time of the Dry-mixed self-compacting concrete mixture prepared in different schemes, the proportion meeting the working performance of self-compacting concrete is selected for compressive strength, flexural strength, splitting tensile strength and gripping strength with reinforcement tests. The test results show that Dry-mixed self-compacting concrete prepared has good working performance and mechanical properties at the same time when the ratio of water and material is 1.3, and the coarse aggregate content is 30% or 35%, and can be used for structural reinforcement.
