水泥窑协同处置危废是近几年水泥企业资源化利用和无害化处理新兴的危废处置方式。水泥生产结合危废处置,如何做到既能控制好水泥熟料的产量和品质,又能最大化实现危废处理,是对现有水泥生产运行人员提出的新要求。MES作为面向生产制造企业车间执行层的生产信息化管理系统,其具备的数据管理、排产管理、生产调度管理、库存管理、质量管理、生产过程控制、底层数据集成分析、上层数据集成分解等功能,可以有效地为水泥企业解决跨行业的痛点和难点,协助水泥企业实现水泥熟料生产和危废处置安全、可靠的协同生产。 |

The collaborative disposal of hazardous waste in cement kilns has become an emerging hazardous waste disposal method for resource utilization and harmless treatment in cement enterprises in recent years. The combination of cement production and hazardous waste disposal is a new requirement for existing cement production and operation personnel on how to control the production and quality of cement clinker while maximizing hazardous waste treatment. MES, as a production information management system for the workshop execution layer of manufacturing enterprises, has functions such as data management, scheduling management, production scheduling management, inventory management, quality management, production process control, bottom level data integration analysis, and upper level data integration decomposition. It can effectively solve cross industry pain points and difficulties for cement enterprises and assist them in achieving safe production of cement clinker and hazardous waste disposal Reliable collaborative production. |
