      对切割粒径进行假设并进行公式推导,研究发现:随着切割粒径公式中的颗粒径向沉降速度(ΔV)的增大其切割粒径随之增大,转子转速从150 r/min到260 r/min过程中其切割粒径减小45.93 μm。结合NGM500高效煤磨转子式分级机发现随转子转速的增大其切割粒径减小,在选粉机产量8 t/h条件下,转子转速从150 r/min到210 r/min的过程中,其切割粒径减小23.98 μm。改变速度方向与径向成角(θ)的值其切割粒径呈现抛物线形式变化。
英文摘要:
      Assuming the cutting particle size and deriving the formula, it was found that as the radial settling velocity of particles in the cutting particle size formula increases(ΔV),as the rotor speed increases from 150 r/min to 260 r/min, the cutting particle size changes by 45.93 μm. Combining with the NGM500 high-efficiency coal mill rotor classifier, it was found that the cutting particle size decreases with the increase of rotor speed. Under the condition of a powder concentrator output of 8 t/h, the cutting particle size decreases by 23.98 μm during the process of rotor speed from 150 r/min to 210 r/min. Changing the direction of velocity to be at an angle to radial direction(θ), its cutting particle size varies in a parabolic form.
