广州市越保水泥6 000 t/d生产线项目采用全新的技术装备路线,通过安装新型破碎机控制破碎后污泥粒径、设置分料装置、优化入炉装置等途径,实现稳定协同处置600 t/d干化污泥,同时降低了大掺量污泥协同处置对熟料减产影响。充分利用水泥窑的温度高、容量大等特点,使污泥的处理达到低成本、高效运行,并可达到稳定化、减量化、无害化和资源化的目的。 |

The 6 000 t/d production line project of Guangzhou Yuebao Cement adopts a new technical and equipment route. By installing a new type of crusher to control the particle size of crushed sludge, setting up a separation device, and optimizing the furnace feeding device, it achieves stable and collaborative disposal of 600 t/d dried sludge, while reducing the impact of collaborative disposal of large amounts of sludge on clinker production reduction. Making full use of the characteristics of cement kilns such as high temperature and large capacity, sludge treatment can achieve low-cost and efficient operation, and achieve the goals of stabilization, reduction, harmless treatment, and resource utilization. |
