本文通过试验对比分析料饼在不同的打散筛选实验方案下筛出的细粉含量的变化,研究物料经高压料床挤压粉碎后形成的料饼的打散方案,确定了一种用于料饼打散和测定颗粒分布的方法。在将物料经挤压形成的料饼初步打散后,本文通过三种实验方法对比研究料饼打散效果和细粉筛选效率:单筛(0.08 mm筛)振动打散筛分法、组合筛振动打散筛分法、球磨机(橡胶球)打散+组合筛筛分法。研究结果表明:球磨机(橡胶球)的打散装置可将料饼充分打散,得到物料经挤压后的粒度分布的同时,又能不改变此物料的级配。 |

In this paper, the change of the content of fine powder screened from the material cake under different breaking and screening experimental schemes was analyzed by comparative experiments, and the breaking scheme of the material cake formed after extrusion and crushing by the high pressure bed was studied. A method for the breaking of the material cake and the determination of the particle distribution was determined. After the preliminary crushing of the cake formed by the extrusion of the material, this paper compares the crushing effect of the cake and the screening efficiency of fine powder by three experimental methods: single sieve(0.08 mm sieve)vibration crushing screening method, combined sieve vibration crushing screening method, ball mill(rubber ball) vibration crushing + combined sieve screening method. The research results show that the dispersion device of the ball mill(rubber ball) can fully disperse the cake, obtain the particle size distribution of the material after extrusion, and do not change the gradation of the material. |
