| 石膏砂浆作为一种新型绿色建材在生产使用中存在明显质量波动，通过分析石膏胶凝材料的特点，指出石膏砂浆的质量管理应建立规范化的质量控制流程，坚持长期的质量检验，不断使用数理统计工具发现生产中存在的问题，优化修订质量控制目标值完成质量改进，只有逐步实现上述四点，才能抑制产品质量的波动性，实现行业的可持续发展。 |

| As a new type of green building materials,gypsum mortar had obvious quality fluctuation in the production using, through analysied of the characteristics of gypsum plaster, it was pointed out that the gypsum mortar quality management that should establish a standardized quality control process, adhered to the quality inspection of for a long time, constantly used the mathematical statistics tool to find out problems in the production, optimized and changed the quality control target quality to improvement, Only by gradually realized the above four points that can we restrain the fluctuation of product quality and to realize the sustainable development of the industry. |
