| 预热器出口气样条件变化会导致分析仪系统频繁故障不能正常运行，针对高含尘量、高含水率的气样条件，采取适当的措施和设计对现有的分析仪系统进行改造，以满足工业现场应用的需求。本文详细介绍了改进的原则、措施和采用气水脉冲管道冲洗技术的在线清洗装置原理和控制程序设计，最后对样气预处理的过滤器级配做简要讨论。 |

| Variations in preheater outlet gas sample conditions can lead to frequent failures of the analyzer system for normal operation. For high dust content and high moisture content gas sample conditions, appropriate measures and designs are taken to modify the existing analyzer system to meet the needs of industrial field applications. This paper details the principles of improvement, measures and the principle and control program design of an on-line cleaning device using air-water pulse pipe flushing technology and concludes with a brief discussion of gradation relationship between the filters on sample gas pre-treatment system. |
