After many times of raw meal burnability testing, the raw meal's burnability is poor, and it is difficult to calcine the free calcium oxide of clinker. The company's technicians have greatly improved the burnability of raw meal by searching for the tailings of surrounding phosphorus chemical enterprises and adding raw meal into the kiln for calcination after measurement, Increase the qualified rate of free calcium oxide of clinker, increase the 28 d compressive strength of clinker by 2 MPa, and reduce the proportion of P · O42.5 cement clinker by 5%. |
