      采用HFCG180-160辊压机预粉磨系统与原有Φ3.8 m×13 m水泥粉磨系统进行配套,球磨机粉磨工艺由闭路改为开路,水泥产品维持比表面积维持不变,粉磨系统产量从85 t/h提高到190 t/h,粉磨工序电耗由38 kW·h/t降低至29 kW·h/t,水泥标准稠度用水量降低2%。

      Use HFCG180-160 roller press pre grinding system and the original Φ 3.8 m×13 m cement grinding system is equipped. The ball mill grinding process is changed from closed circuit to open circuit. The specific surface area of cement products remains unchanged. The output of the grinding system is increased from 85 t/h to 190 t/h, the power consumption of the grinding process is reduced from 38 kWh/t to 29 kWh/t, and the water consumption for cement standard consistency is reduced by 2%.
