      采用L9(34)正交表进行正交试验,对酸醚比、链转移剂用量、丙烯酸底料与A料比例及滴加时间四个因素进行分析,通过极差分析表明对于聚羧酸减水剂初始分散性能影响丙烯酸底料与A料比例>链转移剂用量>酸醚比>滴加时间;对于1h流动性保持能力影响酸醚比>滴加时间>丙烯酸底料与A料比例>链转移剂用量。最优配比为酸醚比3.4,链转移剂用量0.72%,丙烯酸底料与A料比例为1∶2,滴加时间为A料120 min,B料150 min,水泥净浆流动度及混凝土对比测试表明该配比对水泥及混凝土有较好的分散及流动性保持能力。

      Using L9(34) orthogonal table to conduct orthogonal test,the four factors of acid-ether ratio,the amount of chain transfer agent,the ratio of acrylic acid primer and A material and the dropping time were analyzed. The analysis shows that the initial dispersing performance of polycarboxylate superplasticizer affects the ratio of acrylic primer to A material>the amount of chain transfer agent>acid-ether ratio>dropping time; for the fluidity retention ability of 1h,it affects the acid-ether ratio>dropping time>acrylic acid The ratio of primer to A material > the amount of chain transfer agent. The optimal ratio is the acid-ether ratio of 3.4,the amount of chain transfer agent is 0.72%,the ratio of acrylic base material to material A is 1∶2, the dripping time is 120min for material A,150min for material B,the fluidity of cement paste and concrete comparison test It shows that the ratio has better dispersion and fluidity retention ability for cement and concrete.
