      浮法玻璃企业干法脱硫所产生的脱硫灰成分复杂,且含有一定量的亚硫酸钙,难以无害化处置,给玻璃企业带来严重的环保压力。本文通过分析脱硫灰的特性,结合水泥生产线的特点,开展脱硫灰替代水泥生料的研究及工业应用,实现了脱硫灰的资源化处置,具有良好的社会经济效益。
英文摘要:
      Desulfurization ash produced by dry desulfurization in float glass enterprises is complex in composition and contains certain amount of calcium sulfite, which is difficult to be disposed innocuously, bringing serious environmental pressure to glass enterprises. By analyzing the characteristics of desulfurized ash and combining with the characteristics of cement production line, the research and industrial application of desulfurized ash as a substitute for cement raw meal have been carried out to realize the resource disposal of desulfurized ash, which has good social and economic benefits.
