为了降低露天深孔台阶爆破过程产生的振动,采用LS-DYNA有限元仿真平台研究爆破时预设减振孔对埋地管线的振动影响。实验结果表明采用减振孔后埋地管线的振动速度衰减了47%~65%,减振效果较为明显;减振孔内充液时,埋地管线振动速度衰减了31%~43%,相应的减少了粉尘。 |

In order to reduce the vibration caused by open-pit deep hole bench blasting, the LS-DYNA finite element simulation platform is used to study the vibration effect of preset auxiliary holes on buried pipelines. The experimental results show that the vibration velocity of oil and gas pipeline decreases by 47% ~ 65% after using auxiliary hole; When the auxiliary hole is filled with liquid, the vibration velocity of the buried pipeline is attenuated by 31% ~ 43%, and the vibration reduction effect is obvious. |
