      作为全球最大的水泥生产国家,我国水泥行业面临着巨大的碳减排压力。目前碳减排方式有多种,替代燃料是近期最易发展的方向之一,但是,因产业结构与生活习惯等方面的差异,欧洲水泥企业高燃煤替代率技术和产业发展模式无法照搬照抄。现阶段,要充分了解与分析我国特殊国情下替代燃料来源、产生量、产业分布、收储方式、产品特性及加工成本等关键数据,进而制定我国水泥产业整体替代燃料目标,为尽快实现水泥企业碳达峰、碳减排提供可行性系统解决方案。
英文摘要:
      As the largest cement producing country in the world, our cement industry is facing enormous pressure to reduce carbon emissions. At present, there exists many ways to reduce carbon emissions, among which the alternative fuel is the easiest one to promote in recent years. However, the TSR (Thermal Substitution Rate) technologies and industry development modes of the European cement industries cannot be copied in China due to different life styles. At this stage, the source and capacity of the alternative fuel, its industry distribution, collection and storage modes, product features as well as the key data such as its processing cost should be fully understood and analyzed under special circumstances of China to develop an overall coal substitution goal for the cement industry and propose feasible systematic solutions for the carbon peak and carbon emission reduction for our cement industries.
