      本文针对辊压机扭矩支撑机构的国内外应用现状,在200-160辊压机设备的结构设计中采用了单臂扭矩支撑方案,并对其销轴的设计参数进行了受力核算。针对扭矩板的4种不同的结构方案,通过仿真软件进行建模分析。对比了不同结构设计方案中的零件重量、最大应力、最大应变、销孔最大应力、安全系数等参数,确认了其中一种方案能够在保持安全系数1.47的情况下,扭矩板减重14.2%,结构更合理,可在相关产品设计中进行推广应用。

      In this paper, according to the domestic and foreign application status of roller press torque support mechanism,a single arm torque support scheme was adopted in the 200-160 roller press equipment. The force calculation of the pin shaft was carried out. In view of four different structural schemes of torque plate, the finite element analysis software was used for modeling and analysis. By comparing the parameters of parts weight, maximum stress, maximum strain, maximum stress of pin hole and safety factor of different structural design schemes, it was confirmed that one of the schemes could reduce the weight of torque plate by 14.2% under the condition of keeping the safety factor of 1.47. The structure is more reasonable, which can be popularized and applied in related product design.
