本文对比了天然骨料及建筑垃圾再生骨料的水泥稳定混合料性能,并开展再生骨料无机混合料试验路段铺设,确定再生骨料应用于市政道路级配碎石层、底基层、基层的技术可行性。结果表明:再生级配碎石各项性能指标均满足标准要求。水泥掺量3%~6%的再生骨料无机混合料的最佳含水率在12%~15%之间,最大干密度在1.853~1.905 g/cm3之间,7 d无侧限抗压强度满足公路路面基层施工规范的相关要求。试验段密实度、弯沉值、强度均达到设计要求。通过合理的配合比设计,再生骨料水泥稳定无机混合料的性能指标、施工质量均满足规范要求,可参照普通无机混合料的拌合、施工、验收标准进行应用。 |

This paper compared the properties of inorganic mixture of cement stabilized natural aggregate (CSNA) and cement stabilized recycled aggregate from construction waste (CSRA), and an experimental road section of CSRA was laid to explore the technical feasibility of recycled aggregate applied in graded aggregate layer, sub-base course and base course of municipal road. The results showed that the performance of the recycled graded aggregate meet the standard requirements; The optimum moisture content and maximum dry density of CSRA with cement content of 3%~6% ranged from 12.0% to 14.8% and 1.853 g/cm3 to 1.905 g/cm3, respectively. The 7 d unconfined compressive strength meet the requirements of construction specifications of highway pavement base. The density, deflection value and strength of the experimental road section meet the design requirements. Through reasonable mix proportion design, the performance and quality of inorganic mixture of cement stabilized recycled aggregate can meet the specification requirements, and the engineering application can be carried out with reference to standards of ordinary inorganic mixtures. |
