针对淮南某水泥厂2 500 t/d干法水泥生产线窑尾不能满足《水泥工业大气污染物排放标准》中有组织排放的颗粒物10 mg/m3要求。通过分析论证不同改造技术方案,确定最优改造袋式除尘技术方案,优化收尘器进口均风装置,达到粉尘排放浓度达到≤10 mg/m3、降低运行阻力,节约电耗,取得良好效果。 |

In view of the fact that the kiln tail of a 2 500 t/d dry process cement production line in a cement plant in Huainan cannot meet the requirements of 10 mg/m3 of particulate matter discharged in an organized way in the Anhui Province Emission Standard of Air Pollutants for Cement Industry. Through analysis and demonstration of different transformation technical schemes, determine the optimal transformation of bag type dust removal technical scheme, optimize the air equalizing device at the inlet of the dust collector, achieve dust emission concentration ≤ 10 mg/m3, reduce operating resistance, save power consumption, and achieve good results. |
