      钢渣中f-CaO含量高是造成其长期稳定性差的主要原因之一,因此研究不同f-CaO含量钢渣的高温蒸压粉化性能对钢渣的稳定化处理及综合利用具有十分重要的意义。本文通过采用化学成分、岩相特征及X射线衍射等检测手段,研究不同f-CaO含量钢渣的高温蒸压粉化性能、显微结构及物相成分的变化情况,结果表明:在温度1 000 ℃、蒸气压力0.4 MPa、蒸压时间4 h的条件下,随着钢渣中f-CaO含量的升高,钢渣的高温蒸压粉化率不断提高;钢渣中f-CaO含量≥4.0%时,钢渣的蒸压粉化率可达到80%以上。通过钢渣高温蒸压粉化处理,使不同f-CaO含量的钢渣实现了稳定化处理。

      The high content of f-CaO in steel slag is one of the main reasons for its poor long-term stability. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the high temperature autoclave pulverization performance of steel slag with different content of f-CaO for its stabilization treatment and comprehensive utilization. In this paper, the chemical composition, petrographic characteristics, and X-ray diffraction were used to study the high-temperature autoclave pulverization performance, microstructure, and phase composition of steel slag with different f-CaO content. The results show that under the conditions of temperature 1000 ℃, steam pressure 0.4 MPa and steam pressing time 4 h, the high-temperature autoclave pulverization rate of steel slag increases with the increase of f-CaO content in steel slag; When the content of f-CaO in steel slag is ≥ 4.0%, the pulverization rate of steel slag can reach more than 80%. The steel slag with different f-CaO content was stabilized by high temperature autoclave pulverization.
