| With the further advancement of "carbon emission reduction and carbon neutrality" in the country and industry, the new production lines in the cement industry need to meet the intelligent and green standards. This paper introduces the composition of the intelligent cement plant system, designs it according to the layered structure, and analyzes the main contents of the specific functional structure, and makes a practical application in the project. After the intelligent manufacturing is put into operation, the production efficiency is improved, and the energy saving and consumption reduction effect is good. |
