      研究立磨水泥终粉磨喷水原因及其对水泥性能影响因素,采用正交试验方法利用工业试验找出料床喷水位置和方式以及喷水量控制以确保水泥性能不受影响,同时料床喷水方案可以实现立磨水泥终粉磨系统的循环经济性生产。料床喷水技术路线需要和磨机内部设计如料床结构、风环及选粉机等相配合方能可靠应用。工业试验验证的料床喷水技术路线经过在多个大型立磨水泥终粉磨项目的实际应用得以证明是成熟可靠的。
英文摘要:
      Research the reason of water spraying in vertical roller mill for cement finish grinding and its influencing factors on cement properties. The orthogonal test method is used to find out the position and way of water spraying in the grinding bed and the control of water spraying quantity to ensure that the cement properties are not affected. At the same time, the water spraying technology in grinding bed can realize the circular economic production of vertical roller mill of cement finish grinding system. In order to be applied reliably, the technology of water spraying in the grinding bed should be coordinated with the internal design of the mill, such as the structure of the grinding bed, the louver ring and the classifier. The water-spraying technology verified by the industrial test is proved to be mature and reliable after practical application in several large vertical roller mill of cement finish grinding projects.
