本文分析了新型节煤催化剂的原理,并对新型节煤催化剂在水泥生产中的应用进行了总结分析。应用结果表明,添加新型节煤催化剂后,熟料产量稳定性明显增加,熟料f-CaO合格率提高到99.17%,熟料3 d抗压强度提高了2.9%,节煤率为3.2%,一年可为水泥企业节省成本约428万元。 |

This paper analyzes the principle of novel coal saving catalyst and analyzes the application of new coal saving catalyst in cement production. The results show that after adding the new coal saving catalyst, the clinker yield stability increased significantly, the qualification rate of f-CaO in clinker increased to 99.17%, the 3 d compressive strength of clinker increased by 2.9%, and the coal saving rate reached 3.2%.This product can save about 4.28 million RMB for cement companies. |
