中国庞大的人口基数和人民生活质量的提高、工业化进程加快导致各种工业垃圾、生活垃圾和建筑垃圾越来越多、越来越复杂,预热器内筒正常运行的有害元素,除氯、硫外还有其它若干有害元素,由于分片式挂板内筒留有热膨胀间隙,实际工况与理论设计有一定的误差,故分片式内筒挂板运行时普遍存在漏风现象,部分能源浪费,这是分片式挂板内筒存在的严重不足,采用整体内筒结构弥补分片式内筒的不足,而且能有效地延长内筒的运行寿命。 |

China’s huge population, improvement of people’s living quality and accelerated industrialization process lead to more and more industrial wastes, domestic wastes and construction wastes with increasingly complex compositions. Harmful elements in the normal operation of preheater inner cylinder include not only chlorine and sulfur but also some other hazardous elements. A thermal expansion gap is reserved in the inner cylinder with split hanging plate. Therefore, there is certain error between actual working condition and theoretical design condition. Air leakage and energy wastes frequently occur in the operation of inner cylinder with split hanging plate. These problems result from the inner cylinder with split hanging plate. The integral inner cylinder structure is adopted to solve the problem of inner cylinder with split hanging plate and effectively prolong the service life of inner cylinder. |
