| The article mainly introduces the automatic loading production line of bagged cement robots. The production line is mainly composed of robots, industrial control computers, programmable controllers and human-machine interface control. It sets up a video surveillance and cloud platform. The production line realizes the continuous production of unmanned online vehicle scheduling, automatic correction, broken package removal, automatic measurement, automatic vehicle data detection, automatic palletizing and alarm chain information reporting for the entire process of bagged cement. |
