      由于熟料生产线氮氧化物排放浓度控制100 mg/m3,氨水用量较高,通过节能降噪深度烟气脱硝系统改造,改造煤粉燃烧器、窑尾送煤管道、尾煤送煤风机、四级下料管以及开发专家智能优化控制系统,使用窑头热成像仪等,实现了在氮氧化物排放浓度指标控制不变的情况下,氨水用量降低40%,氨逃逸降低22%,熟料电耗降低0.29 kWh/t,实现了能耗和环保排放的降低,推动了企业绿色低碳高质量发展。

      Since the nitrogen oxides emission in the clinker production line are controlled at 100 mg/m3 and the amount of ammonia water is relatively high, through the transformation of the deep flue gas denitration system for energy saving and noise reduction, the pulverized coal burner, the coal feeding pipeline at the end of the kiln, the tail coal feeding fan, the four The first-stage feeding pipe and the intelligent optimization control system of development experts, and the use of kiln head thermal imager, etc., have realized that the consumption of ammonia water is reduced by 40% and the ammonia escape is reduced by 22% under the condition that the nitrogen oxide emission concentration index is controlled unchanged. The power consumption of clinker was reduced by 0.29 kWh/t, which realized the reduction of energy consumption and emissions, and promoted the green, low-carbon and high-quality development of the enterprise.
