      我公司对Φ3.2 m×13 m磨机的开路水泥粉磨进行了技改,由磨前破碎机加开路水泥磨改造成辊压机、2套回转筛和水泥磨机的开路粉磨系统。通过合理调整辊压机的运行参数,小磨实验调整磨机级配等措施,改造后磨音已正常,出磨水泥细度按45 μm方孔筛筛余控制在9%以下,比表面积在370~400 m2/kg。磨机台时产量达72~75 t/h,经济效益良好。

      Our company has carried out technical transformation on the open-circuit cement grinding of the Φ3.2 m×13 m mill. The pre-grinding crusher plus the open-circuit cement mill has been transformed into a roller press, two sets of rotary screens and an cement mill open-circuit grinding system. By adjusting the operating parameters of the roller press reasonably, adjusting the gradation of the mill in the small mill experiment, the grinding sound has been normal after the transformation.The fineness of the ground cement is controlled below 9% according to the sieve residue of the 45 μm square-hole sieve, and the specific surface area is 370~400 m2/kg. The hourly output of the mill is 72~75 t/h, and the economic benefits are good.
