| 相较于建筑与市政工程项目，火力发电工程工艺复杂、监管流程众多。作为EPC承包商，其管理职责包括可能包括设计、采购、施工、试运行等多方面。为理清该模式下火力发电项目EPC承包商的质量管理职责，文章阐述了火力发电工程EPC项目质量管理的特征，分析了EPC工程项目质量管理模式，从设计、采购、施工等方面提出建议，以期对火力发电工程EPC项目的开展有益。 |

| Compared with construction and municipal engineering projects, thermal power generation projects have complex processes and many supervision processes. As an EPC contractor, its management responsibilities may include design, procurement, construction, commissioning and other aspects. In order to clarify the quality management responsibilities of EPC contractor of thermal power generation project under this mode, this paper expounds the characteristics of EPC project quality management of thermal power generation project, analyzes the EPC project quality management mode, and puts forward suggestions from the convenience of design, procurement and construction, in order to be beneficial to the development of EPC project of thermal power generation project. |
