In the condition of overcapacity and high production costs, cement enterprises are facing great pressure on NOx emission reduction, use a large amount of denitration ammonia, and there is a risk of ammonia escape, resulting in secondary environmental pollution. The process flow of denitration system, the mechanism of NOx generation, the cause analysis of high ammonia consumption, and the application of enterprise technical innovation measures are analyzed to achieve the effect of reducing nitrogen oxides and saving ammonia. |
