      采用选择性非催化还原反应SNCR是当前水泥生产中为降低氮氧化物排放而广泛采用的脱硝方法,由于SNCR脱硝过程流程长,反馈信号严重滞后造成还原剂与氮氧化物不能很好完成中和反应,氮氧化物排放波动大,氨逃逸现象严重。对于这种大滞后控制系统,本文采用以氮氧化物排放的相关因子为输入信号,采用最小二乘估计的方法,建立氮氧化物排放数学模型,对NOx排放进行超前估计,并结合氮氧化物实际排放值,设计模糊控制器,对氮氧化物排放进行复合控制。
英文摘要:
      The method of selective non-catalytic reduction-SNCR is normally applied for reducing NOx in exhaust gas during the process of cement producing. Due to the long technological process of SNCR, The feedback signal of NOx in exhaust gas delay too long, and the effect of SNCR system can’t do well the chemical neutralization reaction between NOx and NH3, the NOx in exhaust gas fluctuate grossly and the NH3 escape very much. The SNCR control system in this paper take several relative factors as input signals to build a mathematical module for predicting NOx in exhaust gas by the method of least squares estimation, combining the final real data of NOx in exhaust gas, the fuzzy control module is designed and the NOx in exhaust gas is controlled stably during the process of cement producing.
